Blanket Collection Letter to All Homeowners
One of the services we offer to new HOA clients is sending a letter to all of the owners explaining who we are and what we do. The letter is intended to assure the people who pay their assessments timely that the board is fulfilling its duty to collect from those owners who don't pay timely. In our experience we have found that owners who pay timely resent the fact that other owners are receiving benefits paid for by their neighbors. The letter is also intended to let everyone know that a professional assessment collection firm is in place and will waste no time in collecting delinquent assessments, late fees, and interest for your association.
