How to Get Started
Assessment Collections
To have us get started providing assessment collection services, please follow the following steps:
1. Read the Assessment Collection Instructions and provide the information requested;
2. Read the FAQ to obtain additional important information;
3. Read the Schedule of Fees and Costs. Read this like it is a menu. These are the fees and costs that a debtor can potentially incur if they don't pay their assessments timely.
4. Provide us with a copy of your association's collection policy, if it has one. You may use the sample on our website. If you chose to do so, you must complete and sign it; and
5. Provide us with a copy of your association's CC&Rs and any amendments.
6. Read, sign, and return the Delinquent Assessment Collection Agreement. For additional information, you may:
• Review the Articles on the website, or
• Call Michael Chulak
The Glossary of Collection Terms may also be helpful.
We want you to be fully informed, so do not hesitate to call with any questions.
