Pacific Association Collections (PAC) encourages Associations to consider reasonable payment plans. PAC generally does not recommend that Associations reduce the amount that is owed, waive any fees or costs, or accept a payment plan that is longer than twenty-four months in duration since payment plan arrangements can be renewed. Association authorizes PAC to submit up to twenty-four month payment plans to all delinquent Owners who do not dispute the debt to the Association. The Association instructs PAC to require that the Owner agree to the terms of our standard payment plan agreement, terms, and conditions.

The Board acknowledges that the California Court of Appeal has held that an Owner may make partial payments, which must be accepted by Associations though such payment(s) are not pursuant to the terms of a payment plan agreement.
