PAC charges for most services on a fixed fee basis that include but are not limited to the following:

| Open Account Includes file set up, initial phone discussions, research ownership and title, status of liens, and other possible foreclosure actions. Review association's collection policy and accounting records. | $100.00 |
| Send Pre-lien Letter Or review previously recorded lien for legal compliance. | $150.00 |
| Bankruptcy Research Research bankruptcy court records to determine if a bankruptcy has been filed, and if so, the status of the bankruptcy. Recommend strategy to HOA. | $50.00 |
| Prepare and Record Lien | $350.00 |
| Pre-Notice of Default Letter Update accounting, review status of title again, and send demand letter to debtor advising that the foreclosure process (NOD) will start within seven days unless payment is made or a satisfactory payment plan has been approved. | $100.00 |
| Payment Plan - Forbearance Agreement Negotiate a payment plan satisfactory to the HOA and debtor, if possible. | $150.00 |
